Group Camp 2009 - Belchamps Scout Camp

15th to 17th May 2009

This year we have decided to return to a Scout Camp Site that remains one of our favourites, Belchamps Scout Camp, near Hockley in Essex.

The camp site is booked, the cooks team is raring to go and all that remains is the programme &  menu to be agreed upon and the chores divided.

We will be concentrating on the cub/scout links for this camp – the beaver/cub link has always been strong but we seem to lose cubs in the move up to scouts. 

The program is very outdoor oriented and will include wide games, lighting fires, cooking and eating. 

The beavers will be invited on the Saturday as usual but we will have to fit them into the program to take part in the activities that the cubs and scouts will be doing.
